Nearly seven years ago, I attended a retreat that completely altered the course of my life. In that moment, I saw a glimpse of the woman I wanted to become, the life I craved, and the business I knew I was meant to create. I dreamed of hosting retreats one day, but at the time, it felt so distant - something that belonged to the future, something I could only imagine.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve had the honour of hosting my very first retreat in the breathtaking heart of Costa Rica. The women who joined me, each bringing their own magic, courage, and vulnerability, made this experience even more profound than I ever thought possible. Watching them embrace the journey, break through barriers, reconnect with themselves, heal together, and step into their power in such an intimate, sacred space was the most fulfilling experience of my life.
